We want you to love every meter you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we make it soft:

• Return requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Fabric must be uncut and unwashed for full returns; cut fabric qualifies for exchange only.
• Custom-embroidered and clearance pieces are final sale.
• Refunds processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
